He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom, an MBA in Strategic and General Management from Maastricht School of Management , the Netherlands and a PG Diploma in Project Management. As the General Manager of Business Development, Yusri Yahaya oversees the development of business strategies, the implementation of key impact projects and the commercialization of new products and services. Prior to assuming the current role, Yusri has served in Touch 'n Go Sdn. Bhd., SPK Group Berhad, Park May Berhad and Renong Group of Companies.

She holds a Master of Science in Business Leadership from University of Northumbria, a Bachelor of Law from Manchester Metropolitan University, and is a Company Secretary licensed by the Companies Commission of Malaysia, as well as an Affiliate Member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She started her career in Faber Group Berhad in 1994 as a Legal Officer prior to transferring to Faber Medi-Serve Sdn Bhd in 1999 (a subsidiary of Faber Group Berhad) to Head the Legal & Secretarial Department. In 2006, she was re-transferred to Faber Group Berhad to assist with the legal and secretarial requirement of the Group. Over the years she has held various positions in the Group and was promoted to her current position in 2007. She is also the Company Secretary of Faber Group Berhad and its subsidiary companies.
She has more than 15 years of experience in the arena of corporate legal, litigation monitoring, conveyancing and company secretarial matters.

Graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah with Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA Hons) and an Affiliate Member of Institute of Management, Corby, United Kingdom.

Ainon was appointed as Head of Organizational Improvement and Compliance of Faber Group Berhad in March 2009 after 11 years of service in Faber Medi-Serve Sdn Bhd (FMS). A graduate of BSc in Statistics and Economic and MSc in Operational Research from Western Michigan University, U.S.A, she has over 20 years of experience in media, hotel, property development, facility management industries in the areas of market research, business development, quality management & productivity, safety, health, environment, risk management and corporate communications.

Started her career with the New Straits Times Press (M) Berhad in 1988, Ainon moved on to Faber Group Berhad and joined the management team of FMS to help and prepare for the implementation of Hospital Support Services business. Ainon was one of the key members in the development and implementation of the National Quality Assurance Program for Support Services in the Ministry of Health hospitals. In recognition for her contribution in quality and productivity, Ainon was awarded the 2006 UEM Group Exemplary Quality Management Representative.

A certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and OHSAS 18001 Advanced Lead Auditor, she has vast experience in developing and managing integrated Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Management Systems as well as planning, managing and conducting Quality and Safety & Health Audits.
