Masela Ibrahim was appointed as Head of Corporate Communications, Faber Group Berhad on 15 January 2007.

She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Japanese Business Studies from Chaminade University of Honolulu, Hawaii (USA) during which she also completed the Japan Management Program (JMP) at Japan Institute of Management Science, Hawaii (USA). She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, majoring in Advertising from University Technology Mara (formerly known as Institute Technology Mara) at Shah Alam, Selangor.

Prior to joining Faber Group Berhad, she was with VADS Berhad as Head of Marketing Communications. In 2002, she was in Group Marketing, Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) as Unit Head of Events and Exhibitions for TM Group during which she was responsible for many key events and exhibitions. Prior to this, she also held various positions in TM which included as Unit Head of Advertising & Promotions; Head of Corporate Sales for Media and Hospitality Sector and Manager, Videoconferencing Service (National and International).

Today, her key portfolio in Faber Group Berhad includes Corporate Social Responsibility, Event Management, Brand Management, Media Relations, Government Relations and Publications.
