Graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah with Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA Hons) and an Affiliate Member of  Institute of Management, Corby, United Kingdom.

Started her career in Faber Group Berhad as the Head of Human Capital Development in November 2007 after being transferred from UEM World Berhad. In December 2008, she was promoted as General Manager Corporate Human Resource & Admin., to oversee the overall human capital and administration function of the Company locally and at international level.  She has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and human capital development area. Prior to joining Faber Group and UEM Group, she was with Metacorp Berhad, Mun Loong Berhad, Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd and Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad.

Her experience ranges from human resource management, human capital development, strategic human capital and administration.
