Head of Business Development
Responsibilities:
- To lead role in shaping strategic direction of the Company businesses.
- To be responsible for outlining new approaches and business models to develop the business.
- To identify new technologies aligned to the new value proposition with business growth potential for the Company.
- To be responsible for business development planning, customer and competitor analysis and benchmarking, financial modeling, tender bids to grow the business and bring revenue for the Company.
- To prepare and present business proposals to potential clients that includes government and private sectors.
- To develop strategic relationships and leading role in business negotiations to help grow Company's network and business.
- To attend and present at conferences and meetings with key clients to generate business leads and raise awareness.
- To be responsible for ensuring that Company has the current business processes in place to deliver on existing and future contracts.
- To be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective performance and to identify training needs for business development team.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Business Studies/Finance/ Technical or any related field from recognized institutions. Master's in Business Administration is highly preferable.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in senior position preferably in Healthcare and Integrated Facilities Management areas.
- Must have a dynamic disposition with global outlook, firm commitment and possess strong leadership skills to spearhead projects.
- Ability to carry out comprehensive statistical analyses, independent, passion for building and leading a team, good in communication, mentoring and coaching.
- Willing to travel local and abroad.
