Responsibilities:

• Provide technical & operation support for local and overseas projects and ensure full implementation of process and plant management practices.
• Support the Managers in the technical audits to identify gaps in technical deliverables and propose solutions to minimize the gaps.
• Ensure implementation and success of predictive maintenance practices leading to the best practices.
• Implement and keep abreast of energy management practices for M&E systems.
• Provide cost effective solutions and technologies to enhance current work processes.
• Plan and implement a technical competency development program for technical staff and train staff in mechanical and electrical systems and regulatory/OSHA requirements.
• Carry out statistical analyses of current operational activities and provide solutions to meet standards or benchmarks.
• Carry out costing, technical proposals and presentations for new projects.
• Ensure a safe working environment is established and safety awareness is highly evident amongst the employees
  

Requirements:

• A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering with relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience in predictive maintenance technologies and energy management strategies are advantageous.
• Good M&E technical knowledge, passion to succeed, deadline driven, creative, results-oriented, energetic and able to prepare, review and analyze technical reports and system processes.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills in English and good in people and client management.
• Possessing overseas experience is an added advantage and must be willing to be relocated to any local or overseas projects for short/long term assignments.
  

Other Important Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance of M&E system in hospitals, airports, oil & gas, commercial buildings and shopping complexes are preferred.
• HVAC Engineers, CBM/RCM Engineers, Energy Managers, Engineers with Certified Energy Manager/Infrared Thermography/Vibration Analysis certification are encouraged to apply.
