Manager, QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, guide, review and coordinate implementation of QSHE (Quality, Safety Health & Environment Management System (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO14001) in compliance with regulatory, corporate and standard requirements, including audit, and management review.
- Conduct or coordinate workplace inspection, monitoring of corrective and preventive actions and maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate the development and implementation of QSHE related trainings, QSHE documents and records management system as well as deliver the training as and when required.
- Lead incident investigation and identify root causes and develop/implement related corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze and provide accurate and timely data, information and report on QSHE Management System (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001), OSH accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational disease at work and recommend or implement improvement.
- Plan, guide & review HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Determining Control), EASI (Environmental Aspect Significant Impact assessment) and in Risk Management.
- Coordinate, consult and plan for Company’s ERP program and involve in the BCM- Business Contingency Management.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Business Studies, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, Statistic or any related field from recognized institutions.
- At least 7 years of related working experience preferably from a multinational company.
- Experienced in development and implementation of company-wide Certified Management System to ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards, Total Quality Management and 5S.
- Computer literate and good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong business acumen, positive attitude, multitasking and able to work under pressure and in fast pace environment.
- A good leader and team player, possess good communication as well as interpersonal skills and result oriented person.
- Registered Safety and Health Officer and Lead Auditor will be an advantage.
