Responsibilities:

• Establish an energy conservation unit & prepare annual activity plan
• Develop and manage training programme for energy efficiency at operating levels
• Develop and maintain integrated system for energy efficiency and environmental improvement
• Initiate activities to improve monitoring and process control to reduce energy costs
• Co-ordinate implementation of energy audit/efficiency improvement projects by the department.
• Collate energy data, formulate database and carry out benchmarking analysis
• Establish and network for energy management information.
• Provide information to Designated Authority as demanded by the regulations (if any, according to country).
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferably with Certified Energy certification from local or overseas institutions.
• MUST have at least 5 years of technical experience with min 3 years in energy management.
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft office applications, good understanding in building/complexes and hospital operations and maintenance techniques and strategies, good planning and organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Energy audit , experience in implementing energy efficiency program and energy monitoring.
• Mobile and able to travel extensively local and abroad.
